Ok, so Dad is not starting Radiation and Chemo today. He has to see an oral surgeon before he can start. That is just part of the protocol. His appointment with the surgeon is tomorrow and we will see if anything has to be done. My understanding is that you can't get dental treatments while you are undergoing Chemo, so they make sure all is good in that department before they start.
Hopefully Chemo and Radiation will start next week. Please continue to pray for our family. We are "tough old birds" but relay a lot on our faith and strength from others.
Kevin is having a procedure on his back today around noon. Nothing major. He has a bulging disc and has been in A LOT of pain. It's getting better but still there. It's hard for him to sit down for long periods of time and it was difficult for him to sleep for a while. Praying this will help. Any prayers sent his way will be greatly appreciated!!
